Visa information (subject to
change)
The visa can be applied for at a Russian diplomatic
representation in your country of residence and our tourist
company provides you with a Visa Support Letter, which you
need for your visa application. Please allow enough time, at
least 2-3 weeks for processing. For getting Support Letter,
please send to Jalo Loma datas of passengers as follows: name,
date of birth, citizen, passport no. Please notice that these
datas is needed at least 3 weeks before the trip. Afterwards
Jalo Loma will send you official
invitation.
The individual
visa is stamped on the passport. You need the
following documents:
- the original passport,
- a
duly filled visa application form,
- one passport
size photo,
- copy of health insurance
To obtain
tourist visa you will need a require letter from our
partner: the Russian travel agent arranging the tour with
dates of entry and exit, places to be visited in Russia and a
Russian travel agency reference number. All visas must be
applied for at least a week in advance. You may apply in
person or send documents by mail. You are advised to check
visa regulations in the nearest Consulate of the Russian
Federation, since visa regulations in Russia are subject to

Please note that some nationalities need
to pay a national surcharge for the visa on top of the above
mentioned prices! Some of the surcharges are listed below. Ask
if there is no info on your country.

Tour Conditions:
Full payment is due within 4 weeks of booking or 60 days
prior to departure, whichever is earlier unless other
arrangements are agreed upon. For cancellations received
30 days prior to departure, the handling fee is EUR 30 per
person. For cancellations received 29 -15 days prior to
departure, the fee is EUR 120 per person. For cancellations
received 14-2 days prior to departure, the fee is 50% of
the tour price will be charged. No refund for later
cancellations or for visas already obtained.
